Best place to get the help you need, the counselors, nurses and the rest of the staff show they really care and no one gets judged on weather its a disease or by choice, absolutely the best place to go.

Unit manager Adam is firm but does his job better than any unit manager in the Charlotte area Thats guaranteed He'll take everything you have if he has to but if follow the rules and make efforts you are treated with a fresh start Even if not doing well when you first start About 3/4 the counselors are humans with feelings The others act like probation officers and need to realize this is a treatment unit Not a prison There job is to help clients get better not do detective work to figure out how many bs rules you can violate them on So you busted a client on a rule violation So they leave and go back to using So youve won? Won what exactly

I've been going here a little over a month. Amanda is my counselor, and she is great. The doctor is great too. So far, this place has helped save my life. They genuinely care. It's not just about your money!

This facility is the best by far. I've went to 5 different treatment places but this one is different. They treat you like family here and don't look down on you because you have the awful disease of addiction! My counselor has so much compassion for her clients. Jim the program mgr. Will also help you anyway he can. I would recommend this place to everyone wanting help!

Lifesaver 100% The staff do their jobs and as far as people using outside the clinic well if those people whom really want to be in a better place will be doing the right thing if they are not ready to start over and make a change then you cannot put the blame on the staff a big part of my recovery has been the trust with my counselor and the other people in my day to day life. So if you are not ready for change you can't put blame on those whom you are lying to when they are doing their job to gain that trust so PLZ if someone does do stupid things it is not the fault of the clinic . just keeping it REAL

The mcleod center saved my life . I am now able to live my life normally and free of opioid dependance. Though I probably will have to be on methadone very long term because of many heath issues that require pain medication, the best choice for me and my situation is methadone. Before anyone criticizes methadone treatment, you need to have ALL the info. on methadone and how it works in the brain. And of course every persons situation is different and you HAVE to be FULLY committed to the treatment and follow the rules honestly and completely. Thank you Mcleod for everything!!
