They're very professional, unjudgemental, and don't take advantage or overcharge thier clients because of their situations. They work with you to truly setup and follow a plan for your treatment to keep you sober and on the right path to getting a handle on your addiction. They do much more than simply just give you a methadone dose and send you out of the door. They don't rush you or set any limit of your doses milligram to try and stay under, they let you determine what works for you while keeping your safety first and foremost in thier minds and overall goals. I can't say anything bad about this treatment center so far after about 7 months of being treated by them!

If you are interested in pursuing a career in Substance Abuse Counseling, this is a great place to work! Unlike many other companies, Treatment Centers, LLC assisted me in obtaining my CSAC credential. This company encourages staff to participate in outside training and provides training opportunities within the company as well. The company has its own Clinical Supervisor who is available full-time and provides supervision requirements as per NCSAPPB. Benefits package available after probationary period, including PTO. As a counselor, you must be willing to work with a diverse population and in an environment that has the potential for routine to be broken. You must be willing to objectively address client needs, practice good time management skills, be able to appropriately communicate with staff, clients, families, and outside agencies. Being organized is a necessity. Although this type of work is not difficult, it is easy for some to feel overwhelmed if the work is not taken seriously. There are deadlines as with any line of work but these deadlines are realistic. At no point have I ever felt that I've been overworked. As with any workplace, the demeanor is greatly affected by the attitudes of staff and management. I cannot say enough about management within this company as they have always encouraged me, provided me with constructive feedback and has always provided adequate guidance when necessary. It is obvious that others do no feel the same as I do, given the negative feedback provided but those attitudes are typically a reflection of the person who wrote them. This company does not terminate employment for unjustified reason. Although the state of North Carolina is an "at-will" state, Treatment Centers, LLC has always given those who have employment terminated adequate opportunity to improve unless the circumstances indicated need for immediate termination. You must do your work, you must meet deadlines, you should have a good work ethic, and you should be able to work with clients coming into treatment. If you are coming to work in this position just for a paycheck, this is not the place for you. If you have a passion for counseling and want to be part of a company that prides itself on taking care of its staff and clients, then it is the place for you.
